Greys Specialized Occupational Health Recruiting is recruiting for an Occupational Health Nurse to join an award-winning organization at its New Haven, Indiana location.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity within an established nurse-led Occupational Health team, giving you the chance to work directly with employees and play an important role in their health, safety, and well-being at work.

The organization has created a strong Occupational Health community across its locations. Nurses are supported through weekly check-ins, monthly team meetings, providing opportunities to connect, share best practices, and continue developing professionally.

Your Role

You will provide a broad Occupational Health service, working with employees, management, and the Safety team to help prevent workplace health issues and support employees when they need it.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing Occupational Health case management
• Supporting employees through return-to-work programs
• Conducting medical surveillance
• Carrying out and supporting ergonomic assessments
• Managing elements of the Drug & Alcohol program
• Providing workers' compensation guidance and claims support
• Identifying opportunities to improve employee health
• Helping reduce workplace health and injury risks
• Partnering with Safety and other internal teams
